Pellowah
"Pellowah" is an angelic word meaning “a radical shift in consciousness.” It is regarded by many as one of the purest forms of energetic transmission available at this time.

Umana Technique
UMANA is an angelic word meaning “Evolutionary Breakthrough.” When this modality was first brought through, it was described as "Evolutionary Engineering". The Umana Technique© is a new consciousness-raising and evolutionary healing modality, available on the planet since 2024.
Through gentle, hands-on energy work, this technique awakens and unlocks a revolutionary meridian system within the body. This activation brings online the five higher chakras (8–12) that exist beyond the physical body, supporting profound growth, change, and empowerment. This modality has emerged at this time because humanity is ready to embody a higher level of consciousness.

Truth Transmission combines an intuitive reading with healing. We begin by exploring your questions and the patterns presenting themselves. The reading helps guide the healing that follows.
I work with my Spirit Team and may use hands-on energy healing, guided visualisations, soul journeys, channelled information and crystal work. Practices may be offered for you to continue afterwards.

To make the most of your healing experience please allow ample time before and after your session for quiet and integration. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare to be laying on a massage/healing table for approximately 1hr. Avoid Alcohol for 24hrs before and avoid a heavy meal or coffee to close to your session

When you arrive I'll ease you in by having a chat about your concerns, reasons for coming and explaining how I work. Depending on the healing modality used (see "Healings" page for descriptions) I may at times place my hands directly on your body and at other times just above your body working in your Auric field. As guided by spirit I may take you through certain visualisations, prayers and ask for feedback to assist in the healing. All healings are a collaborative experience.

This is usually an intuitive choice. By reading through the descriptions on the "Healings" page is the best way for you to feel into what healing modality suits you. If unsure, I recommend the "Quantum Transformational Healing" which allows me to intuitively use many modalities and techniques as guided to best support your healing experience.

Usually from 1-3 sessions for healing, deepening and awakening. I will give you guidance and simple exercises for homework to assist the healing process I do recommend follow up sessions as the work deepens over time. I have some clients see me monthly for an energetic and spiritual tune up, clearing, cleansing and balancing as part of their monthly well being schedule. Others come only once when the sessions are powerful enough to shift there life dramatically.

Yes! The energy I work with exists within the Quantum field outside of Time and Space. I work in 3 different ways:
~ We do a live healing in real time with you laying down (Pellowah and Umana technique)
~ I can do a full hour healing at any time and you will receive the healing energy and effects beginning immediately and integrating in your quiet times and when your asleep.
~ We can choose for me to send healing for 10mins a day for 7 days. I find this works best for children, teenagers and specific situations
